I didn't say that I object to them. I meant to say that spiritual but not religious people would feel that they've moved beyond them. Whether that's true or not isn't something we can prove or disprove through debate.
Since the number of people attending church is declining while the ranks of the spiritual but not religious are swelling, the math seems to suggest that most don't end up back in church.
Unless of course, the vast majority of them aren't honest and sincere. One wonders how that can be assessed objectively by others.
They seem to follow the truth where it leads them, and that doesn't seem to be toward a pew or a pulpit.
Whatever flips your cookies! Again, none of this can be resolved through debate, facts or evidence.
