I’m glad you’re going to check out Belief Without Borders. As I mentioned, I think it will assist in your ministry by providing more substantial insight into the kinds of people who self-declare as spiritual but not religious.
I also think looking at the book’s writing style will offer insights into how the internal diversity of these folks could easily bedealt with succinctly in an article such as yours.
I’d venture to say that many of those who identify as spiritual but not religious would tell you they are indeed seeking and do in fact know the truth beyond dogmatic statments like those you’ve made here.
